Gordon Shaw

Mr. Shaw has been in Asian private equity industry since 1993. He was a
founding partner at Baring Asia, and currently the Chief Representative for
its Shanghai office.  Prior to Baring, he was Director at AIG Investment
Corp (Asia) Ltd. in Hong Kong, and head of Equity Investments department at
Nan Shan Life Insurance – AIG's flagship subsidiary in Taiwan.  Before 1990,
Mr. Shaw was Senior Design Engineer at Schlumberger Technologies in San
Jose, California.  Mr. Shaw holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from
Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Columbia University.
